I would give it a zero if I could. Have been waiting for over a month. Now my order seems to have arrived in Australia when I live in Europe ... they take your money dont send the product and delete all of the bad comments on their Facebook page ... if you don't believe me go check it out. There is not one bad comment on their page. They delete everything within seconds! Stay away this is worse than any back ally shop on alibaba

Most amazing hair products that I have purchased! It worked for me so well. My hair is thick and heavy. Any normal hair tie will just make my ponytail looks like a drag. But, when I use pony-o classic and XL, I don't have this problem at all. The ponytail looks much fancier. Also, I love the bum fuz!! I am really bad at making a bum, but with the bum fuz, it made super easy!! Oh oh, and did I tell you, you can use your pony-o classic to make some fancy hair sytle like french twist and lower twist. This is perfect for someone like me that have no idea how to make all these fancy hair sytles.

First of all, I am NOT nor have I ever been a "hair person". My hair has always been long and thick. The only things I could do with it were a ponytail with a good old 1990s scrunchie because my elastic holders would break and do this weird thing where I twisted it up and used a heavy duty barrette to pile it on top of my head. I can't even use a curling iron! It's honestly embarrassing. I can use the curling irons that wind the hair up themselves and do the work for you but after 2 hours, my arms are like spaghetti. So that became a once every few months hairdo. Buns? Ha! Forget it! I don't know how to do those, either. I started seeing ads for Pony-O. Of course, I was skeptical. These magical things were supposed to give me a perfect salon-quality bun with no bobby pins or loads of hairspray? A ponyo was going to give me a beautiful, high ponytail without the headache and keep all my hair up all day? Yep, I was skeptical. But I kept watching the videos and it looked so easy. I broke down and bought a couple of holders and two Bun Barz. When I got them in the mail, I rushed into the bathroom to practice. It took me 2-3 times to get the hang of it and voila! Within 5 minutes I had a beautiful bun! My collection has grown immensely and I enjoy pretty, neat buns and even sexy, messy buns now nearly every day. I still want to practice a lot of the other styles and get those down pat. Give it a try. Watch the videos. Watch them again. If I can get the hang of them, so can you! It really is as easy as they make it look in the videos. I can't wait to start trying new things and perfecting those looks. Thank you, Ponyo! You are my hair's spirit animal.

I LOVE Ponyo! Where do I even begin on why?! Firstly the product itself is phenomenal. I have had my hair various lengths over the years, and at every stage, Ponyo has worked for me. I love all the new colors and sizes. On top of the best hair “tie” I’ve ever used their customer service is incredible. These women are always available to answer questions, and are always treading new colors and products that the customer wants to see! I will never stop using my Ponyo!

I recently received my first order and I love them, wish I didn't let the bad reviews put me off for so long. I ordered 6 original ones (I know but couldn't chose, too many colours and patterns), two Pony O 2.0 to use with the bun bars, 5 bling rings and 2 bun bars. I can achieve a ponytail as tight as with an elastic and doesn't drop through the day. The secret is in keeping well hold off the hair and don't let it slip at the sides before the Pony O is tightened, it sounds lots of work but it took me only 3 attempts to get it right. Don't bent it in the middle, only bend the ends. My hair can be fragile but haven't had problems with broken hair so far. The bun barz are still a work in progress, I can do a low/mid bun, working on the high one. My hair is medium thickness, bleached, I use the classic size and a Pony 0 2.0 under the bun bar otherwise my hair is too heavy to use the bars on their own. I realised lots of the bad reviews I was reading are from people who bought copycats on Amazon/Wish/etc and then leave reviews convinced they are/should be like the original. If you buy a cheap imitation then you cannot go and complain to the company that produces the original one, they keep saying they only sell through their website but so many people don't seem to listen only cause you can search Pony O on Amazon or other sites and it brings up a fake. Like if it resembles the original let's leave a scating review with the name of the original product in it, cause why not eh? The parcel took 5 days from USA to UK. If you wear ponytails go for it!

Very expensive for something that doesn't work. I brought the bun bar alone without the hair tie, thinking I could just use a normal hair band (I mean why not, right) and it worked great on my waist length, very fine hair. Looked great when I rolled my hair up into the bun shape but there's no way to secure it in place so it pops open and makes a horse shoe shape bun instead. Completely useless. Do not buy

Doesn’t work. I was expecting a perky, full of life ponytail and instead I got a lifeless, sagging, sad excuse of a ponytail that doesn’t hold well. I have straight, silky hair so I tried multiple times to set it and “do it correctly” but each time got the same result. They advertise anti-breakage, yet in fact, I had the most breakage I’ve ever experienced while taking the Pony-o out of my hair. It’s rubbery so it sticks easily to your hair pulling it out.
I also ordered the bun bar which is an even bigger joke than the Pony-o. It’s made of rubber, so again it pulls and causes breakage, but even worse is that there’s no clasp or anything to set the circle in place once you make it. The directions say to just “overlap” the ends, but it doesn’t even remotely stay in place and unravels the second you let go.
Very disappointed in these products. Save your money and just buy regular hair ties.

Unfortunately I can't give less than one star. Their product just doesn't work. And on their Facebook and Instagram page there's a lot of happy customer, BECAUSE they DELETE all bad reviews or questions about delivery and refund. It's weird that customers are just happy on their social medias. Anywhere out there the product doesn't work. If you try to return they will send you emails saying that you are doing wrong. I tried to talk with them by email, and they were very rude (just when I said that I want a refund, of course). Then I reach them by Messenger. After talking for some days and having all my comments deleted, they said they would refund me even past the 30 days window return. They asked me to send (again) an email to their customer service. I did. Than I received AGAIN an automatic message with instructions in how to use the product. I tried to reach them again by Messenger BUT THEY BLOCKED ME! So, someone called me saying that "she saw that I was not satisfied". When I said that their Facebook Customer Service said that they would refund me even after 30 days she said that "the Facebook Customer Service works in another place" that she didn't know what they have promised me but she can't refund me. I HAVE NEVER SEEM SO TERRIBLE customer service in my life and AWFUL product. Unfortunately they are focusing their energy in blocking people and deleting reviews and not in improving their garbage product.

I have medium to thick hair,. this ponyo does NOT stay secure in my hair at all. after a half hour or so it slides out. Not worth the price that;s for sure.

These products are total garbage. Like, please just take your money and throw it in the trash before supporting this lying, negative-review-hiding, anyone-with-a-complaint-blocking joke of a business. The complete and utter lack of transparency alone is enough of a reason to want this business to fail so hard that the owners end up below the poverty line. They are actively scamming people. Take a look at this page and compare it to their facebook page or their website reviews and you'll get the idea. They could not care less about customer satisfaction or their product actually being great; they just want to screw over as many people as they can before they get caught. I'm one of the "lucky" ones, if you can even call it that, because I placed a large enough order that even subtracting the $15+ loss that I'll be taking from losing my initial shipping cost and the cost of my return shipping, I'll still be getting some of my money back. Even if I weren't, I'd still want to return it, just to make sure that these evil merchants don't get the satisfaction of keeping my money. Oh, and be prepared, when you ask for a return after telling them that the products don't work for you, you'll receive a pretentious email from the owner assuring you that YOU'RE the problem and that they KNOW that the product will work, but that you're just a big dummy who gives up too easily and didn't read the instructions or watch the videos. Give me a break. Plus, they tested it out on "100,000" people's hair! Funny how all of the models and pictures and videos used for their success stories are all of relatively similar hair types, no? I guess that 100,000 must not have been a very random sample. If you had success stories with ALL hair types, I'm certain you'd be showcasing those videos as well.
Now that we got the basics out of the way for this garbage tier company, a little about my hair, in case you were still wondering if they would work for you (I really hope you aren't). My hair is long and thick. Very very long. Like just past my butt long. I got the XL and the XL slim. I didn't even get to try the XL slim, because the XL wouldn't even hold up. I could get it in alright for a normal lowish ponytail (forget a high pony with these; that was NEVER going to happen with my hair, but I can do that with a normal heavy duty hair tie), but always within about an hour it would start falling out. Rescrunching/tightening it did nothing. It would start falling out even if I wasn't doing anything. My hair was just obviously too heavy. Then I had also ordered a bun bar. This was a total joke. I put this in probably 8 times while simultaneously watching the videos on the off chance that I was going crazy and doing something wrong. Nope. By the time it had all my hair wrapped around it, there was no real room at the end for the bar to be bent so that it could be wrapped around. And if I tried to bend the parts that the multiple layers of my hair were already covering... it just didn't work. Any time I got it even remotely close to a bun shape and thought that it might stay, I'd let my hand go and it would all come crashing down, taking the bun bar and the pony-o with it. This product DOES NOT WORK FOR LONG HAIR.
All around, I'm really just so disgusted with myself for making this purchase. I had looked into this store pretty extensively a little over a year ago, when I had first wanted to try them, and there wasn't really any negative press around them at that time. Then when I thought of them again recently, I made the incredibly naive and stupid mistake of making the purchase without checking for updates, or else I would have seen this page, and saved myself from this terrible mess. But hopefully I can help save some of you from the same. THIS COMPANY IS AWFUL. PLEASE DON'T SUPPORT THEM.
